ASDCom is a Sacramento software company. We started by building a case-management system for the State of California, and we've been building — and running — software for people who depend on it ever since.

  1. 2014 ASDCom, Inc. founded Incorporated in California. Completed the GSA Pathway to Success program. NAICS 541511.
  2. 2014 First state system: CaRES Delivered the CaRES Modification Project for California’s Victim Compensation Board under a CMMI-aligned process.
  3. 2015 CMAS contract awarded DGS awarded CMAS 3-15-70-3139A for state and local government IT services.
  4. 2019 Oklahoma portal live Victim portal delivered on what became the VCPMS platform; in production since.
  5. 2023 Maine goes live Full five-portal VCPMS deployment, branded locally as CAMS. Small Business certification renewed.
  6. 2025 Alaska, with a partner Heart4Victims leads the Alaska implementation on the ASDCom-built platform.
  7. 2026 Government + product Active California engagements under CMAS, and commercial mobile products in development.
